Can I just say that I can not believe that it is already the middle to end of May. Crazy, crazy, where does the time seem to go. This time next month we will be so close to being parents if not already enjoying parenthood.
I need to start getting my list and bags packed for the hospital and wash all of the baby clothes and just get everything ready. I am defiantly nesting, when we clean the house I feel like we have to deep clean it every time and I just want everything to stay clean until Baby T gets here. Might sound crazy but I am sick of cleaning but I also can't help but want to!  So much to do. .  so much to do.
The thing that we are most not concerned but anxious about is what Baby T is going to look like. As of now we know he is healthy, we know he is a boy, we know he is a little bit of Jessica and a little bit of Aaron put together but the thing that kills us we DON'T know what his little face looks like or how much of me is in him or how much of Aaron there is. I have no doubt he will be the cutest little baby ever but geeze I think that is the worst part in waiting for him to get here. To top it off I think we will have a bald baby, I have had not one bit of heartburn.
Of course our first concern will be that he is a healthy baby but everyone mother wonders and worries what there child will look like.

Here is a few pictures of Aaron and I as little ones. I stare at baby pictures all day of us and just try to mesh them together to get an idea but I guess we won't know until he makes his debut

From the looks of it I don't think I should be to worried, but there is no such thing you just can't help it! :)

Best  moment this week: We went to the Dr's. on Monday. Baby is growing right on schedule and is healthy with a nice strong heartbeat.
Symptoms: My headaches have started up again and I am still hot 90% of the time. Also I am still not used to having canckles at night.
Miss Anything? I do miss being able to lay on my stomach
Movement: Baby is super active. Anytime I wake up in the middle of the night he is moving like crazy.
Food cravings: I still love ice water like no bodies business
Anything making  you queasy or sick: I hate when Aaron makes eggs in the morning! The smell is so yucky.
Gender: Boy
Labor Signs: None
Belly Button in or out? It is in/outish. I am not sure if it will pop all of the way out or not. Definitely not the same belly button that is for sure.
Wedding ring on or off? Always on
Happy or Moody most of the time: This week has been better I have been my old self a little bit. I still do get crazy mood swings.
Looking forward to: Getting the last things we need for baby and just can't wait for baby to get here. I am excited to enjoy summer NOT pregnant because it is only 80 degrees outside and I feel like it is 100. Also I am excited to work out, this baby weight that is piling on is starting to get to me.

A Baby Shower

{Circus Baby Shower}
I thought this day would never come, seriously at the beginning of my pregnancy I thought my baby shower would never come and that it was so far away. But now here we are baby shower done and over with. Having this baby is really hitting us. He will seriously be here before we know it.

My mom through me the cutest baby shower. I love the circus theme. It was perfect for our little peanut.
We had so much help from family with the food and treats. Thank You. Thank You.

Baby Turner got so spoiled. We got so many cute things, we got no duplicates and we got so many things needed for baby.

So good to see old friends

There is just a peak of the presents. We truly had a good turn out and got plenty of baby stuff.
I am just so mad that I did not get any pictures with anyone! I wish I would of darn it.
Thank you so much to everyone that came it was such a good day. Cant wait for Baby T to get here to enjoy everything.

How Far Along? 33 Weeks

Sleep: It is pretty good. I turn from side to side all night. Lately I wake up at like 3 a.m. and just lay awake for an hour. No idea why.
Best  moment this week: I know now where Baby T is in my tummy I love it. I love feeling the big bulges and know right where he is. My tummy was lop sided for the first time this week.
Miss Anything? Nothing in particular.
Symptoms: I get so HOT all of the time! We have had the A.C. going for the last month now. Poor Aaron freezes, we always laugh and say it is like Father of the Bride #2, where he is all bundled up in winter coat and gloves in the middle of the summer because it is so cold in our house sometimes.
Movement: Moves all of the time! I just love when he hangs out in my ribs :)
Food cravings:  Still loving ice cold water. I always have a sweet tooth it seems like.
Anything making  you queasy or sick: Random things, I have been a little nauseous again. It just depends on my mood and how I am feeling.

Looking forward to: Doctors appt. in a week! Also just getting the rest of the baby stuff we need.Can't wait to get everything and to just wait for baby to get here.

Update

Well I thought people with kids were bad with updating their blogs but geeze Baby Turner is not even here yet and I am slacking big time.
There hasn't been much excitement lately, just a lot of work, school and baby belly growing. Seriously only 8 weeks left if not less. We are kind of freaking out.
Alyse and the kids did come out for a 2 week visit. It was nice to see them not on a computer screen. Can't believe how big the kids are. We defiantly made up for the lack of activities we have been to busy for lately.

Pregnancy Lately

{Pregnancy Reality Check}
I have been loving the library lately. I have checked out a few pregnancy reads and can I just tell you I am starting to get anxiety. For starters baby will be here in 3 months! Plus these books are so graphic and intense I don't know how this baby is going to get out. Honestly I wish I could just wish the baby out and poof. . . he will be here. Labor is something I am going to have to settle with. It would not be so bad if they didn't put lovely pictures to show what I will be going through. I know it is all worth it, of course the end result {meaning a handsome baby boy} is worth every bit of sweat, pain and tears. But seriously it is a good thing you get pregnant in the heat of the moment and have 9 months to prepare.

{ Baby T's Nursery}
We are so excited to get the nursery put together. I have the vision in my head, we just need to get everything now and put it all together. Here is a sneak peak of what is to come. . .
{26 Weeks}
How Far Along? 26 Weeks
Maternity Clothes? Still mostly wearing regular comfy clothes, with a few maternity pieces.
Sleep: I am starting to get uncomfortable and seriously I get up at least 4 times each night to pee. Sleep is not so great lately. I take at least one nap during the day.
Best  moment this week: Feeling the baby more and more. Also we have been having great weather lately. Also going to the doctors last week and finding out Baby T is healthy and growing right on schedule.
Symptoms: My damn nose is still super stuffy. I try everything but I still can't breath.
Miss Anything? I miss working out. Next pregnancy I am going to be in good shape in the beginning so I can work out the whole pregnancy
Movement: Baby has turned into an acrobatic ninja! He moves all of the time, especially in the middle of the night and seriously on the dot every morning at 6 am for a good 20 min. I love that Aaron can feel him now too. It makes me laugh when I see my belly moving out of the corner of my eye. I love it!
Food cravings: I am trying to not eat as many sweets but I have not really been craving anything except cold water lately. I can't get enough of it.
Anything making you queasy or sick: I can't eat chicken and I hate the smell of eggs.
Gender: BOY
Labor Signs: none
Belly Button in or out? In, but does not look the same at all.
Wedding ring on or off? Always on
Happy or Moody most of the time:  I have been super moody all of the time lately. I blame all of the testosterone running through my body. I am happy though I love being pregnant.
Looking forward to: Maternity pictures in a few weeks. Also can't wait to get the nursery going, I have a lot of sewing to do.

{Happy Tuesday Everyone}

Belly Pics and an Update

 My word February flew on by. I seriously can't believe it is almost the middle of March. Baby will be here in 3 1/2 months!!! Craziness!
I am about a month late but Aaron and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary on February 10th. Geeze that one year went by so fast. There is no way I thought I would be 20 weeks pregnant on our 1 year anniversary. Funny how plans change. We have experienced and learned so much together and about each other. We also have adapted to each other this last year. No matter how well you know someone there is always plenty more when you live together.
I am so happy we have been able to experience a year of  adventures. We have enjoyed every holiday, season, birthday and everything in between just the two of us and it has been so wonderful but I am excited to have it start to be the 3 of us.

We had a fabulous anniversary! Roses, sushi, shopping and cake, it was great.
{The Gateway}
It does not get better than one year old cake

Chocolate cake with raspberrie mouse filling. It was divine!

24 Weeks
How Far Along? 24 Weeks
Maternity Clothes? Some, mostly wearing comfortable clothes.  My works out clothes have taken on a new role as lounging clothes. I do love maternity pants though and have bought a way cute maternity dress.
Sleep: Depends on the night, some nights I sleep horribly because I either can’t breathe because my nose is so stuffy or I can’t get comfortable or I have to pee every hour. I am very grateful for those good nights when I only have to get up once to pee.
Best  moment this week: Starting to notice baby moving more and more. I am realizing what is baby and what is me.
Symptoms: Crazy stuffy nose! I hate it, Aaron hates it and I am pretty sure Burrows hates it. I can’t breathe! I still get headaches every day. Also I pee all of the time! No Joke!
Miss Anything? I miss tanning, can’t wait for summer to get some natural rays. Also I miss being able to sit and watch a movie all the way through without having to go to the bathroom at least once.
Movement: Yes! I am noticing what his movements are.  I swear it almost tickles sometimes.
Food cravings: I am loving CANDY! Especially Cherry Laffy Taffys, also vanilla shakes are pretty amazing.
Anything making  you queasy or sick: Still hate, hate, HATE the smell of chicken. Thank heavens Aaron doesn’t cook it anymore.
Gender: Handsome Baby Boy
Labor Signs: none
Belly Button in or out? In, but it is starting to take a different shape.
Wedding ring on or off? Always on
Happy or Moody most of the time:  I am happy! But I also can be super moody and super emotional. Any sad story I hear about anything, especially animals it seems I am in tears. Even songs sung on American Idol will do it.
Looking forward to: This weekend, weather should be around 65. Also we have a doctor’s apt. on Tuesday and I am very excited to check up on baby and hear his strong heartbeat.

This is how baby bump is looking from above. It is getting big. I love it!
Also I can't forget about our furry child. . .
In 3 days we will of had this little lion a year. He is the sweetest little kitty, don't know what we would do with out him. For a cat he makes our lives entertaining.  I am anxious to see how he responds to little Baby Turner's arrival. He really doesn't have a choice! :)
