A Taste of Parenthood

Aaron and I had our "little taste of parenthood" this weekend. We babysat Paetyn from Friday morning til Monday night, and oh boy I do not even know where to start! Being a parents is a job in and of its self. We learned alot.

Paetyn is a good baby so it was not that hard to handle. We had so much fun with her. By the end of the weekend she had Aaron wrapped around her little finger. He just melts when it comes to her. I think it made him a little baby hungry. LOL

P.S. This might be a little bit of a picture overload, but I still think I should of taken more

We had fun taking her to The Gardens. It was such a nice day

She loved the Koi Fish, she kept just starting at them

One of the things we learned it that Aaron is immune to hearing babies in the morning. I got up with her every morning at 7. :) Really though I didn't mind. Wouldn't you love to start your morning out with that face!

I loved dressing Paetyn everyday. I made a bow for each outfit I put her in.
{I am going to be in trouble if we have all girls}
She is so fun to play with

Love that smile

We also took her to the Dinosaur Museum. There were so many things for her to look at.

Paetyn was so tired one night she just fell asleep while I was holding her. I love snuggling, especially babies.
Aaron was so funny to watch feeding her. He had food everywhere

Bath Time!

She was so funny in the tub. She loved looking at herself in the facets. I laughed so hard at the faces she made

We had so much fun watching her. We loved all of her little faces and smiles.

My Love for IKEA

Lately I have had this unhealthy obsession with IKEA. I love that store! I could go there everyday and look and walk around. That is the problem I do, do that. Aaron has gotten mad at me. I am just so excited to start buying house stuff, and we love IKEA style so that is where a lot of our house stuff is going to come from. I do pretty good though I haven't gone to crazy. I have started but we still have alot more to get. :)

These pillows I love! These are the colors we want our room. Gray, Black, White, & Turquoise. They were super easy to make. This is where I got my "inspiration"

I decided to show off some more things. I love Halloween decorations. I am so excited for the fall and the holidays that come with it. So I am starting just a little bit early :)

I love these, they are from another favorite store {that gets me into a lot of trouble} Hobby Lobby. I loves these and the best part is they were 50% off. I also got the cute little coffin that is on the bookcase. I love Hobby Lobby

I still have somethings to get for Halloween decor. I am finishing a Halloween quilt and Halloween pillow. They are going to be so cute.
I will post pics.

Park City

Aaron had Friday off and so did I so we made a day out of it. We decided to go up to Park City. The weather was perfect, it was so nice. We had fun going down the Alpine Slides and then we walked around for a bit with the camera in one hand and our warm Starbucks in the other. Then we finished the day off with dinner at Wasatch Brewery. {mmmm so good} It was a nice chill day there were no hurries we took our time and it was a much need date. Just the two of us :)
