Day 09

Day 09 - A picture of the person who has gotten you through the most.

I defiantly have dealt with life and all of its changes. I am so proud to say that it has been Aaron that has been there with me to get me through it. I don't' know where I would be with out him? Aaron has never let me down, he has always been there when needed, he has always cheered me up at the best times and comforted me at the worst. I was so lucky to be able to marry my best friend! He is the best HOT hubby around!
We have been through so many situations and emotions with together. There has been anger, sadness, happiness, joy, gratitude, silliness, death, birth, weddings, and so much more. But he has been there through it all.
We have grown up so much along side each other as well. My word I have know him since I was in 9th grade. I can't believe that I have know him for about 6-7 years now.I never realized how fast time does go by. I will never forget those rides to high school with him. Making a complete fool of myself with my ridiculous flirting everyday in the front seat. :)

Love you babe thanks for all you do!! Thanks for being there!

Day 08

Day 08 - A picture that makes you laugh

This picture kills me! We were laughing so hard at The Best of Chris Farley. Pretty sure that can cheer any kind of mood up. We had not watched it in forever. Of course we were watching the best part "Chippendales" Oh my word I love it. If you haven't seen it or you need to be reminded of how funny it is watch it here.

Day 07

Day 07 - A picture of your most treasured item.

Oh yes I would have to says this is my most treasured item. I would choose this baby over a phone or computer any day!! I love my camera, I love taking pictures. I love taking pictures with this camera. It usually goes everywhere and anywhere with us.

Day 06

So yeah do you remember the Blog Challenge I was doing?! Pretty sure I am so lame at it. I really thought it would be easier than this. LAME I know. Well no worries I am picking up where I left off and my goal is to to finish!! So instead of a 30 day challenge it is more like a 60-90 day challenge LOL.

Day 06 - A picture of a person you'd love to trade places with for a day

I would love to trade places with one of these little farts! Or any baby/child for that matter, oh my word talk about being catered to.

1. There is always someone who changes your bum when needed.
2. Anytime you cry someone is right at your side trying to make it better.
3. You can fart at anytime and you are still considered cute.
4. There is always someone giving you delicious snacks and treats.
5. If you are chubby no one cares, it is considered "cute little rolls"
6. Your outfits are picked out for you and someone is always there to dress you.
7. You can get carried around anytime you want.
8. Everyone is wrapped around your finger.
9. You are so entertained by the littlest things.
10. Everyone is always giving you compliments
11. When you walk into a room you are usually center of attention.
12. You eat when and where you want.
13. You get to take naps everyday

There are plenty more reasons, but I would love to trade places just for a day to be that catered to.

Oh Finally!!

My word it is finally starting to feel like summer! We have had the strangest weather here we are end of June and Utah finally decides to give us 85 degree weather.

Boy did we take advantage. Good old Seven Peaks decided to have us for the day. We had so much fun with Parker and Mindy!

Mother Nature was good to us, maybe a little bit more than good pretty sure she fried us! Most likely because of all of the complaining we have been doing of the crap weather we have had!

{Happy Monday}

One Of A Kind

Fathers Day is a lot different for me now that I am married and not living at home. I find myself getting home sick every once in a while. I have realized that I appreciate my parents much, much more now that I am out of the house. As crazy as my family is, I see now how much I took advantage of having them around all of the time.

The weather outside is very rainy and cold today and it makes me want to get in a blanket and snuggle up and watch The Goonies. I would always watch that with my dad on days like this. I remember always watching movies with him, when I was little he would always watch

The Little Mermaid and Beauty and The Beast with me.

We would do a lot of different things together, I remember we would always go out shooting, even when I was little, we would go on hikes for hours and bring the guns and shoot anything and everything.

I am very grateful for my dad! He is a very hard worker I see that now and all that he does for my family. He is for sure one of a kind :) everyone who knows him would back me up on that! But no matter how crazy he gets Aaron is now realizing that I am just like him! Aaron thought once we were married it would be so nice to be on our own away from our parents but poor Aaron feels like he is living with my dad sometimes. I couldn't be more proud though. :)

Us being so much alike though didn't always mean we got along. I must be so much like him and more because I always remembering getting my way and winning those arguments. :) I am not going to say I am super close with my dad because I am not. Over the years we have grown apart. But now being married and being out of the house I am realizing the importance of that relationship. I am so very grateful to have a dad like mine. I love you very much!

Writing all of this down I keep thinking of quotes that only have meaning to my dad and a few others:

Welcome To My Morning

Have to love a good nights sleep, but I also love waking up in the mornings at a decent time. I hate sleeping in to like 11, 11:30. We used to do that all of the time when we were first married but now we wake up at 8, 8:30 and I love it. I love having my mornings to do stuff and to get stuff done.

Well when I woke up this morning at 8:30 I got up ate breakfast, checked the good old FB, cleaned up a bit and when I went into the bedroom to see if Aaron was still breathing I found this wonderful picture. . .

June

My word I can not believe that June is here! I swear it was just New Years.

Well I will say that the weather has not been super summery quite yet but it was a perfect day to go to The Gardens.

We did go a little later in the year that we usually do, but it was still so pretty.

Midnight Snack

If it is midnight and you are hearing the crackling of bacon and smelling its amazing fatty smell, then YES it just might be that you are at the Turners!

I am pretty sure that we go through a 5 carton of eggs from Costco a week! We live off of omelets. I must say that Aaron is a PRO OMELET COOK. He doesn't cook much but he defiantly has got the omelet technique down.

So after work between the hours of 12-1:30am you will probably catch us eating our midnight omelet LOL
